If a tree in your Kidderminster garden has grown too big, died back or started to lean, felling is often the sensible answer. We take down garden trees across the town, working carefully around houses, fences and neighbours, and we clear the site when the job is finished so you are left with a tidy garden.
We visit first, look at the tree and the space around it, and explain how we would take it down. If a smaller job such as a reduction would solve the problem, we say so. If the tree does have to go, you will know the plan before we start.

Kidderminster has plenty of period terraces and twentieth century estates, and many of the gardens carry fast-growing conifers that were planted small and are now towering over the plot. They block light, drop heavy debris and become awkward to manage. Removing them is often the sensible way to get a garden back, and we fell them in sections where space is tight.
Leylandii and similar conifers do not regrow from bare wood, so cutting one back hard is not a repair. If a hedge has outgrown its place in a Kidderminster garden, we can fell it and remove the lot. Afterwards you have a clear boundary and room to decide what goes in its place, whether that is fencing, new planting or lawn, and the soil is no longer being drained by the roots.

Not every tree can be dropped in one piece. Where a tree stands close to a house, a shed or a neighbour's fence, we climb it and remove the crown in controlled sections, lowering each one on ropes. That keeps tiles, glass and borders safe, and it lets us work in Kidderminster gardens where a large machine could never reach, even along narrow paths.
Kidderminster gardens near the River Stour can have soft or sloping ground, and we allow for that when planning where timber is lowered and stacked. We also check overhead cables and shared boundaries before any cutting begins. If a tree is storm-damaged or has dropped limbs, we deal with the risky parts first, then take the rest down in an orderly way, one section at a time.
When the tree is down, we log the timber for you to keep or remove it along with the brash and green waste. The stump can be left low or ground out by arrangement. Alongside Kidderminster we cover Stourport-on-Severn and Bewdley, so if you are close by, ask about felling there too. Leaving your garden clear and safe is part of the job.
Based in Hall Green, so we are never far from the gardens we work in.
We look at the job before we price it, so you know what is involved.
Branches, clippings and rubbish from our jobs are cleared and the garden left tidy.
Call, or send photos on WhatsApp, and we will come back to you.

Yes. We climb and take it down in sections, lowering each piece to the ground on ropes, so a small garden is no obstacle. We look at access and the plot first, then explain how the tree will come down and where the timber will go.
The stump can be cut close to the ground, or ground out by arrangement if you want to lawn or plant over it. Conifer stumps often rot slowly, so tell us your plans for the space and we will advise.
We can leave the logs for you if you burn wood, or take everything away with the green waste. Either way the garden is swept and cleared of sawdust and small debris before we leave, so you are not left with a pile of branches to deal with yourself.
Tell us what needs doing and where. We will get back to you to arrange a visit and a free, no-obligation quote. Photos sent on WhatsApp help.
