Who we are
This website is run by J and Son Trees and Landscapes, St Peters Close, Hall Green, Birmingham B28 0EF. You can contact us at any time on 07899 369847.
What we collect
When you use our enquiry form we collect the details you type in: your name, email address, phone number, town or postcode, the service you are interested in and your message. We also record the page you sent the enquiry from.
How we use it
We use these details only to reply to your enquiry, to arrange and quote for work, and to keep a record of the enquiry. Your enquiry is sent to us by email and is also recorded in our website provider’s enquiry system so that it is not lost. We do not sell your details or use them for unrelated marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards, then delete them.
Your rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it, by calling or messaging us. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Third parties
This site embeds a Google Map and loads fonts from Google Fonts, so Google may receive technical information such as your IP address when those load. Our WhatsApp and Google links take you to those services, which have their own privacy policies.
