Gardens in Kingswinford tend to be generous, and generous gardens grow big trees. When one of yours has become too tall, too close to the house or simply worn out, we can fell it for you. The work is planned around your garden, with the tree, the boundary and the house all considered before we begin.
We will come out, look the tree over and talk through what is sensible. If it can be kept with some lighter work, we tell you. If it needs to come down, we explain how, what is likely to need clearing and what you need to arrange with the council.

Much of Kingswinford is made up of suburban semis and detached homes with large gardens, hedges and mature trees, and the edge of the town meets open countryside. That space is a real benefit, because it often lets us fell a tree in bigger pieces. We still check where each piece will land, and what lies beyond the boundary, before cutting. Open plots help, but care still comes first.
Hedgerow trees and old garden specimens can have grown for a long time without attention. Ash, sycamore and fast conifers all spread widely and become heavy overhead. A tree like that is much safer felled while it is sound than left until a storm brings a limb down onto a fence, a car or a conservatory roof. Early felling also leaves less damage to tidy up.

Large gardens do not always mean easy felling. A tree might stand hard against the house, lean toward a neighbour's plot or have a heavy limb pointing at a greenhouse. In those cases, we climb and take it down in sections, using ropes to lower each piece slowly and keep everything in a controlled path. That is how we keep the work controlled.
Before any climbing begins, we look at the condition of the tree itself, including rot, splits and old wounds, because that changes how it can safely be worked. A Kingswinford tree with a hollow trunk is handled very differently from a sound one. We explain what we find and adjust the method to suit it. Honest advice matters more than a quick cut.
With the felling finished, we cut the timber into logs for you to keep, or take it away with the branches and leaves. Stumps can be left low or ground out by arrangement. We also cover Wall Heath and Wordsley, so if you are a short drive from Kingswinford and have a tree in mind, get in touch and we will arrange a look.
Based in Hall Green, so we are never far from the gardens we work in.
We look at the job before we price it, so you know what is involved.
Branches, clippings and rubbish from our jobs are cleared and the garden left tidy.

Yes. We check who owns the tree and the boundary, then plan the fall so nothing damages the neighbouring land. Trees on the countryside edge often have more room, but we still lower the heavier sections with ropes where needed.
Usually, yes. A tree that is dead, split or leaning is far safer to take down in calm conditions, under control, than after it has failed. We can look at it and advise whether it should come down.
We cut it into logs you can keep for a wood burner or fire pit, or we remove it. Smaller branches and leaves go as green waste, and we leave the area swept and clear. Nothing is left behind.
