After frantically trying about 7 companies, J and Son were the only ones willing to come out at short notice and help. They explained how they were going to tackle the issue and got on with it. Within about 15-20 minutes the kitten was safely back on terra firma! Excellent service from friendly and polite guys. Would use them again in the future.

        Appalling timekeeping/communication, I contacted Joseph and hour after he was supposed to be here, he said he'd be another 40 minutes but arrived 2 hours later!!! Did good job of cutting tree down and was apologetic but wasted my time - something I can't back.
